What an outstanding duo!!!!!!!! They were the one, two punch needed to make the refinancing of our mortgage a huge success! Glenn and Amanda definitely showed us how the Moreira Team fully-integrated, streamlined process lets you start and finish the application process at the pace and direction you require, while giving you the comfort and convenience of knowing that a dedicated team of professionals is right there with you every step of the way.
This journey started with us receiving a personally signed post card several months ago from Moreira stating how they can help us with a VA refinancing. At the time we received the post card, we were pretty much “fed-up” with other agency stating how they could help us and not really providing the support and assistance needed. For some reason, we kept the post card and after a few months did some research on the Moreira Team. We’re very glad we made the decision to reach out to them.
Glenn was a breath of fresh air throughout the whole process. Glenn is a highly dedicated and capable mortgage broker who takes pride in his work, knows the right people, and is efficient in his work process. And the most important part is that what's been promised is delivered in a very timely manner. Amanda was a breath of fresh air. She had the challenge of taking us through the whole financial paperwork and making sure we had no issues with the loan as we proceeded to close the deal. Although, she probably didn’t know it at the time, but I am a retired military comptroller and was truly scouring over the numbers. Amanda was especially outstanding as she almost literally held our hands through the little bumps along the way, answering all my questions, and leading us to a very successful closing. Her knowledge, kindness, patience was exactly what we needed while going through the maze of documents and paperwork to get through closing. She is A++ in our books and we highly recommend her.
In closing, Glenn and Amanda took care of us like we were longtime family friends. We really couldn't be more pleased with our experience with the Moreira Team! We are thrilled with the service we received from your company. From the first day when we filled out an application online all the way to the closing we were impressed with the personal service, professionalism and speed of the process.
